  • Failure to return the agreement on time results in forfeiture of the rental week.

Cancellation Policy for Virginia Beach Vacation Rentals

  • There is no standard cancellation period for Virginia Beach timeshare rentals.
  • If you cannot use your rental, all funds are forfeited unless the resort is fully closed.
  • Amenities such as pools, gyms, events, or beach access are not guaranteed.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your vacation investment.
  • We understand emergencies happen. If you are unable to travel, VB Timeshare Rentals will make every effort to re-rent the unit for you. While re-rental is not guaranteed, if we are successful, you will be refunded up to the amount recovered from the replacement rental, minus a $150 administrative fee.
