All vacation rental units at Oceanaire Timeshare Resort are either Oceanfront rentals or Ocean View rentals and all vacation rental units have balconies at this oceanfront resort. This Virginia Beach timeshare resort is managed by Diamond Resorts International, formerly managed by Gold Key Resorts. Oceanaire Resort at Ocean Beach Club is located on 34th street and Atlantic Avenue in Virginia Beach. Vacation rentals are available in the following types of units at Oceanaire Resort: 1 bedrooms that sleep 4, 2 bedroom lockouts that sleep 8, and 3 bedroom lockouts that sleep 8-10 depending on type of 3 bedroom unit. Lockout Units are multiple units that connect by a door to make one big unit. The Heron Oceanview units have a queen bed and a pullout sofa in the one bedroom side and connect to a studio with 2 double beds. The Sandpiper Oceanfront units at Oceanaire Resort have a queen bed and a pullout sofa in the 1 bedroom side and 2 double beds in the studio side attached. Some Oceanaire Timeshare Resort Vacation Rental Amenities include: Ultra Martini Lounge, indoor/outdoor adult lounge pool with oceanfront fire pit, game room, palm trees, oversized bathrooms with jetted tubs, fully equipped kitchens, stove, refrigerator, cable, TV's, Dvd, private balcony, additional amenities at Ocean Beach Club Timeshare Resort next door.
